The LS227 coating thickness gauge features a split design, consisting of a touchscreen main unit and a digital probe. The main unit can intelligently identify different probe models and currently supports the flexible combination of 8 types of probes. The instrument can be widely used for measuring the thickness of surface coatings on small workpieces, holes, pipe inner walls, as well as paints and coatings. Users can select the appropriate probe for measurement based on different testing scenarios.

The probe features a 90° right-angle design, making it simpler and more convenient for measuring coating thickness in holes and narrow slits. It is a dual-purpose probe for both iron and aluminum substrates.
Adopts a 90° long-stem probe design.
A 90° long-arm probe is suitable for measuring coating thickness in areas that are difficult for standard probes to reach, such as the inner walls of pipes and narrow grooves.
20000μm ultra-large measuring range design
The probe measurement range can reach 20000μm, and it is dual-purpose for iron and aluminum, making it easy to measure even thick coatings.
