LS196 is a handheld gloss meter. Thanks to its ivory white engineering housing, its appearance is simple and generous. It features 60° universal angle design, and its measuring range can reach to 1000GU. The device supports normal mode and QC mode. In QC mode, it can automatically determine whether the gloss of the material is qualified, thus the measurement efficiency is improved. It is professionally used for the surface gloss measurement of paints, coatings, inks, plastics, ceramics, stones, metals and other materials.

Adopting the D65 light source to make sure the accurate measurements
The instrument uses the D65 light source and the spectral response curve of receivers conforms to the fuction of photopic vision V(λ), ensuring more accurate measurements of colored objects
Our device conforms to Grade 1 gloss meter standards, not all gloss meters can do it
The accuracy of the device in the full range meets the Chinese Grade 1 working machine standards, which ensures that it passes the inspection of the authoritative Chinese metrology organization. Not all gloss meters can do it
0.2GU good repeatability makes the measuring data stable
Use the imported chips and sensors with the unique 50-point linear fitting algorithm. Repeatability reaches ±0.2GU, and resolution reaches 0.1GU. The data remain consistent in the repeated measurement at the same position.

After the device is turned on, there is no need of button operations. You just need to put the gloss meter on the materials and test. Don't have to wait for even 0.5s
QC mode for auto qualification
In addition to normal mode, the device also supports QC mode. In this mode, the user can set the upper and lower limits for qualification judgment. This mode is suitable for batch testing
