This non-contact vacuum coating thickness measuring system is based on the principle that the transmittance (optical density) of the material is proportional to the coating thickness. The uniformity of the material is monitored by monitoring the optical transmittance (optical density) of the material. The vacuum coating thickness measuring system adopts RS485 communication interface and supports the standard MODBUS communication protocol. It can be connected to the PLC of the vacuum coating thickness measuring system to realize closed-loop control.
From the customers, we know that the characteristics of various vacuum-plated films are different. At present, the films we have contacted are aluminum, gold and conductive films. As for the base material of the film, it is divided into a transparent base material and a translucent base material. When testing other films of different widths, it may appear on the wide film and the test points are unevenly distributed or there are no test points on the edge of the film. According to the needs of customers, the engineers of Linshang Technology changed the structure of the aluminum profile of this non-contact vacuum coating thickness measuring system and made the test points in a movable way, which solved the customer's problem.
