Linshang LS152 Vacuum Coating Thickness Measuring System, as a on-line monitoring product can be customized, it’s applied in various industries by a number of users , such as vacuum coating on-line thickness measurement, glass transmittance on-line monitoring, coating on-line monitoring and so on. Theses days, a glass transmittance on-line monitoring device was finished.
Due to the measured sample of this customer is more special, the card slot of our conventional glass transmittance on-line monitoring device is 20mm wide, can not meet customer needs. So we customized a flexible program, the test points, controllers and human-machine display interface will be provided by our company to test , collect, output and display dates. As for the bracket part,it will be customized according to the customer’s requirements. For this situation, the users will take the installation problem into account because my company doesn’t provide the whole set of glass transmittance on-line monitoring device, , so I would like to introduce some details that we have considered for our customers.
1.How to connect the test points of glass transmittance on-line monitoring device?
The test point is composed of light source probes and receiving probes, if the customers have ordered multiple set of test points, they will worry about the installation problem of the light source probe and the receiving probe. Don't worry, we have very clear annotations. Each test probe has a number sign, the number of light source probe and the receiver probe are one by one corresponding, the same group of test light source probes and receiving probes have the same number, light source probes and receiving probe numbers are labeled in two different colors. In this way,the installation will be very easy. The wiring uses the Air plug connection, the operation is also very easy. As shown in the following images:
2.How to connect the controller of glass transmittance on-line monitoring device and test points ?
A controller can control three sets of test points. If customers customize glass transmittance on-line monitoring device with three sets of test points, it will need six wires from the controller to match three light source probes and three receiving probes respectively. Each wire has the same number and the same color as the probe which need to be connected to it. As below: The No.3 white wire on the controller is connected with the No.3 white wire of light source probe, the No.2 blue wire on the controller is connected with the No.2 blue wire of receiver probes, the No.3 blue wire on the controller is connected with the No.3 blue wire of receiver probes. So if you can look the number sign on each wire carefully, then you can accurately and quickly install the device.
3. How to distinguish different light sources when the light sources in each set of test point are different ?
When a set of device is customized varieties of different light sources, we will mark the wavelength of different light sources on each probe, as shown below, the No.1 probe is marked 365nm, the No.2 probe is marked 380nm-760nm, the No.3 probe is marked 950nm. There are the same marks also in the corresponding receiving probes, so that there is no need to worry about that we can’t find the corresponding probes.
