Plastic light bulb is a new type of light bulb which is mainly composed of nano-materials and plastic polymer materials. The plastic includes three layers of white luminous plastic.
1. The characteristics of plastic bulbs
The plastic light bulb is very similar to the fluorescent lamp after being turned on. But the light emitted by plastic and LED lights is very different. The light it emits is closer to nature, it will make our human eyes feel more comfortable. Plastic light bulbs not only emit more natural light, consume less power, but also have very low noise. 2. The light transmittance test of plastic bulbs
Plastic bulbs are widely used by more and more people due to many advantages, but the light transmittance of plastic bulbs is an important factor that affects the bulb illumination. For the detection of the plastic bulbs transmittance, it is recommended to use the Linshang light transmittance tester. If you are measuring a fully transparent plastic bulb, you can use Linshang LS116 light transmittance tester. If measuring translucent materials or matte materials, it is recommended to use Linshang LS117 light transmittance tester. The LS117 is more widely used not only for measuring fully transparent materials but also translucent materials and frosted materials.
3. Transmittance requirements of plastic bulbs
In fact, plastic light bulbs have certain requirements for light transmittance. If the light transmittance value cannot meet the fixed requirements, the lighting effect will not reach the desired effect. The light transmittance value of PC plastic is 85% -90% by light transmittance tester. And the light transmittance value of PMMA plastic is 90% -93% by light transmittance tester. Under normal circumstances, the transmittance value of the transparent PC plastic lampshade is required to be 92% -95%. The transmittance value of the PC lampshade with diffusion function is detected by the light transmittance tester at 88% -91%. In fact, the transmittance of the plastic lampshade has a certain relationship with the thickness of the plastic. Therefore, when comparing the light transmittance values of materials, we must make comparisons at the same thickness.
4. Choose the appropriate light transmittance tester
