Linshang Technology independently develops and produces a variety of UV energy meters for mercury lamps and LED lamps. This article will briefly introduce the features and parameters of all models of Linshang UV energy meters

    As a company that develops and produces the world's first LED-specific UV energy meter, Linshang Technology has been receiving attention since the launch of the first LS120 UV energy meter in 2013. By September 2019, Linshang products have obtained a number of national patents, including UV energy meters.
    UV energy meter, also known as UV power puck or UV integrator, is a professional UV light measurement equipment for testing UV intensity and energy. It is mainly used in UV glue curing, UV ink curing, UV exposure, UV 3D printing, UV digital printing, optical communication and other fields. The effectiveness of the UV lamp can be ensured in industrial processes such as curing, exposure, and drying, and ultimately the quality of the finished product can be controlled.
    The UV energy meter independently developed and produced by Linshang Technology is mainly divided into three categories according to function and appearance: UV Energy Meter with integrated probe, UV Energy Meter (UV light meter) with external probe and Online UV intensity meter.


I. UV Energy Meter with Integrated Probe

    The integrated square or disc UV energy meter is suitable for testing on the conveyor belt of equipment such as curing machine. The instrument supports both automatic and manual modes. In the automatic mode, a certain trigger power value can be set for the UV energy meter. When the ultraviolet intensity received by the instrument is greater than this trigger value, the measurement will start automatically. This mode is suitable for the case where the production line is long but the UV curing time is short. At present, there are four integrated UV energy meters, LS120, LS128, LS130 and LS131. The product features and parameters are as follows:

1. LS120 UV Integrator for Mercury Lamps                                                                                         
    LS120 UV integrator is a disc-type UV energy meter for high pressure mercury lamps, halogen lamp and other UV lamp detection. The built-in integrated probe is on the back of the display. LS120 UV integrator is also the first UV energy meter in Linshang.12019091602EN.jpg

    The UV Energy meter with external probe is often used for the fixed point test of the ultraviolet light source. The connection between the UV light meter and the probe provides flexible measurement. III. Online UV Intensity and Energy Measurement Probe

    LS129 Online UV Energy Meter is an ultra-small intelligent UV digital probe that can be used in a variety of applications where real-time monitoring of UV power values and energy is required. It has a standard RS485 communication interface and MODBUS communication protocol. It is convenient to communicate directly with PLC, human-machine interface, computer and other equipment, realizing data real-time collection and monitoring. Linshang Technology currently offers two different UV probes, LS129-UVA and LS129-UVALED.
